本协议适用于用户在使用欧博平台及相关服务时的全部行为。This agreement applies to all user activities when accessing or using OB services.
用户需具备完全民事行为能力，并在必要时完成注册流程。Users must have full legal capacity and complete registration when required.
用户应妥善保管账户信息，因个人疏忽导致的损失由用户自行承担。Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and any resulting consequences.
平台提供的服务以实际页面展示为准，用户不得以任何方式滥用或规避系统规则。Services are provided as displayed on the platform, and misuse or circumvention of system rules is prohibited.
用户不得从事违法、侵权、破坏系统安全或影响平台秩序的行为。Users must not engage in illegal, infringing, disruptive, or harmful activities.
欧博有权根据运营需求对服务内容进行更新、优化或调整。OB may update, optimize, or adjust service features as needed for operations.
平台内容受法律保护，未经授权不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。All platform content is legally protected and may not be reproduced or commercialized without permission.
外部服务由第三方独立提供，欧博不对其内容或安全性承担责任。External services are provided independently by third parties, and OB is not responsible for their content or security.
用户数据的收集与处理遵循隐私政策，平台将采取必要措施保障信息安全。Data collection and processing follow the Privacy Policy, with appropriate safeguards applied.
因维护、升级或不可抗力导致的服务中断，欧博将尽力提前通知用户。Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure will be communicated when possible.
如服务涉及付费项目，将以明确方式告知用户，费用以实际页面为准。If fees apply, users will be clearly informed, and charges follow the displayed terms.
平台可视违规程度采取警告、限制功能或终止服务等措施。Depending on severity, OB may issue warnings, restrict features, or terminate service access.
争议将依据适用法律处理，并优先通过协商解决。Disputes are governed by applicable laws and preferably resolved through negotiation.
因自然灾害、政策变化等不可抗力导致的服务影响，平台不承担责任。OB is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events.
用户可申请终止服务，平台亦可在必要时终止部分或全部服务。Users may request service termination, and OB may terminate services when necessary.
注销后，平台将依据法律要求删除或匿名化相关数据。Upon cancellation, data will be deleted or anonymized according to legal requirements.
用户可通过官方渠道提交意见，平台将根据实际情况进行评估。Users may submit feedback through official channels for evaluation.
重大变更将通过公告、站内信或其他方式通知用户。Significant changes will be communicated via announcements or in‑platform messages.
欧博保留对服务内容、运营策略及相关资源的最终解释权。OB reserves the final interpretation rights for service content and operational policies.
用户需遵守当地法律法规及平台规则，不得利用服务从事违法活动。Users must comply with local laws and platform rules and may not use services for illegal purposes.
跨境用户需遵守其所在地区的法律规定及平台的国际使用政策。International users must comply with local regulations and OB’s global usage policies.
本协议自用户使用服务之日起生效，由欧博负责最终解释。This agreement takes effect upon service use and is subject to OB’s final interpretation.
