4. 服务内容与使用限制 / Service Content and Usage Restrictions

平台提供的服务以实际页面展示为准,用户不得以任何方式滥用或规避系统规则。Services are provided as displayed on the platform, and misuse or circumvention of system rules is prohibited.

5. 用户行为规范 / User Conduct Requirements

平台内容受法律保护,未经授权不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。All platform content is legally protected and may not be reproduced or commercialized without permission.

8. 第三方服务与外部链接 / Third‑Party Services and External Links

外部服务由第三方独立提供,欧博不对其内容或安全性承担责任。External services are provided independently by third parties, and OB is not responsible for their content or security.

9. 数据收集与隐私保护 / Data Collection and Privacy Protection

用户数据的收集与处理遵循隐私政策,平台将采取必要措施保障信息安全。Data collection and processing follow the Privacy Policy, with appropriate safeguards applied.

用户可申请终止服务,平台亦可在必要时终止部分或全部服务。Users may request service termination, and OB may terminate services when necessary.

16. 账户注销与数据处理 / Account Cancellation and Data Handling

22. 协议生效与解释 / Effectiveness and Interpretation

本协议自用户使用服务之日起生效,由欧博负责最终解释。This agreement takes effect upon service use and is subject to OB’s final interpretation.
